Core Stability
Core stability, also known as trunk stability, is an important part of the treatment and prevention of neck and back complaints and sports injuries.
The aim of the training is to form a stable base by training the back and abdominal muscles. In this way we create a good body posture that allows you to move more effectively and healthily. This prevents complaints at the spinal column.
Core stability training is also extensively discussed in sports physiotherapy.
Manual therapy
Met manuele therapie sporen we functionele stoornissen op binnen het lichaam om die te behandelen.
Dry needling
Tension points in the muscles (trigger points) are punctured with a fine needle to achieve relaxation.
