What do I bring to my first physiotherapy consultation?
To create your digital file and request your health insurance details, we need your eID. In addition, a doctor's prescription for the physiotherapist is also required for partial reimbursement via your health insurance. It is best to also bring a towel that we can then place on the treatment table.
Can I cancel an appointment?
Of course this is possible. Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance . If not, your reserved time will be charged (however, this without the intervention of the health insurance fund).
Is there parking at De Praktijk?
Our practice does not have its own parking lot. However, there is a large parking lot 50 m away (only paying on weekends and during vacation periods/holidays). There is also sufficient parking space in the surrounding streets. Are you coming by bike? On the other side of the street there is the possibility to secure your bike to 'bike racks'.
What about occupational accidents?
We do not have an agreement with the various labor insurance institutions. You must pay us the fee owed, after which you can reclaim it from your insurance.
How is payment made?
We strive, for your and our safety, for a cashless practice. That is why we explicitly ask you to pay electronically via our Bancontact device. After payment of our fee, you will receive a certificate for the health insurance company (if you are eligible for reimbursement).
